The outer shell of the Trekker 250 is made with Polair polyester that is both hard wearing and easy to clean. The lining is Polair micro polyester with a soft handle finish that's also washable.

The insulation is single layer 250g hollowfibre insulation which is siliconised to prevent matting. The hollow fibres trap the warm air to retain warmth and also maximises lofting potential. The stitched through construction also prevents the insulation from shifting inside the bag.
